CSKA Moscow – AX Milano
Kyle Hines makes his return to the Russian capital when CSKA Moscow hosts AX Armani Exchange Milan. CSKA (18-9) comes off its biggest loss in the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague, 100-70 against Anadolu Efes Istanbul. Mike James (19.4 ppg.), Will Clyburn (13.3 ppg.) and Toko Shengelia (10.7 ppg.) have been its pillars this season. Milan (18-10) looks for its second consecutive road win, led by Kevin Punter (14.3 ppg.), Shevon Shields (13.6 ppg.) and Sergio Rodriguez (10.5 ppg., 4.3 apg.). Expect an intense game between two foes in the upper part of the standings.
Without Milutinov, it will be a completely different game and CSKA must focus on Milan’s strengths to get a critical victory. On defense, CSKA needs to stop Rodriguez in his return to Moscow. Milan is without injured Malcolm Delaney, so Punter and Rodriguez will share point guard duties. James must put pressure on them and run the show on offense, creating shots in one-on-one opportunities, but also finding Clyburn, Shengelia and Iffe Lundberg to make CSKA more unpredictable.
- Nikola Milutinov could miss the rest of the season after undergoing shoulder surgery.
It will be a special night for Kyle Hines, who returns to Moscow for the first time after seven successful seasons with CSKA. Hines has the tough mission to stop Michael Eric and Joel Bolomboy down low. Other than doing a much better job at rebounding that in its last game against CSKA, Milan should running its offense through Punter and Shields, who have been strong in recent games. On defense, stopping James should be critical and head coach Ettore Messina can rely on Punter and Michael Roll to do so.
- Zach LeDay has missed the last five games with an injury.
- Malcolm Delaney has missed the last two games and is set to be sidelined for at least four weeks after undergoing an arthroscopic cleaning of his left knee.
Tip: 1 (-4.5) at 1.90 with bet365

Panathinaikos – Maccabi
Panathinaikos OPAP Athens (9-17) is on a three-game losing streak and hopes to break it against one of its traditional sports rivals and its coach’s boyhood club. Mario Hezonja (17.5 ppg.), Ioannis Papapetrou (12.1 ppg.) and Georgios Papagiannis (9.3 ppg., 5.6 rpg., 1.8 bpg.) are leading the Greens right now. Maccabi Playtika Tel Aviv (11-15) hopes to snap its three-game road losing streak led by Scottie Wilbekin (14.5 ppg.), Tyler Dorsey (11.3 ppg.) and Elijah Bryant (10.1 ppg.). It will be a special game for Coach Oded Kattash, who grew up with Maccabi, but led Panathinaikos to the 2000 EuroLeague title by beating the Israeli champs in the championship game.
Ioannis Papapetrou is back, which allows Panathinaikos to play with a big lineup, using him and Hezonja on the wings. Panathinaikos must make the most out of that size advantage and stay aggressive on offense; the Greens rank second in offensive rebounding at 11.7 per night. On defense, stopping Wilbekin and Dorsey should be a priority and Panathinaikos can rely on two excellent on-the-ball defenders, Lefteris Bochoridis and Leonidas Kaselakis, to do so.
- Nemanja Nedovic has missed the last four games.
Maccabi ended a four-game losing streak with a win against Valencia Basket in which the Israeli champs did a lot of good things. Maccabi scored 51 points after the break and was effective inside the arc (21-of-35 2FG, 60%). Omri Casspi gave Maccabi a big boost – 14 points in as many minutes – and he could play a key role in this game against Papapetrou. As always, Maccabi must find good scoring options for Ante Zizic and Othello Hunter in the paint to spread the floor for its many shooters.
- Yovel Zoosman will be out until late March with a knee injury.

Villerbaunne – ALBA Berlin
LDLC ASVEL Villeurbanne hosts ALBA Berlin on Thursday night. ASVEL (12-16) comes off consecutive losses after a record six-game winning streak. Norris Cole (13.8 ppg.), David Lighty (11.9 ppg.) and Moustapha Fall (9.4 ppg., 5.5 rpg.) have been its main references throughout the season. ALBA (10-18) looks for its second consecutive road victory. Marcus Eriksson (12.3 ppg.), Simone Fontecchio (10.6 ppg.) and Ben Lammers (10.1 ppg., 1.2 bpg.) are leading the team in recent games.
ASVEL ranks fifth in three-point shooting (40.0% 3FG) and that should be one of its main weapons in this game against a run-and-gun team such as ALBA. On defense, stopping Sikma should be its main priority, as ALBA runs its offense through him due to his passing skills and off-the-charts basketball IQ. Guerschon Yabusele and Amine Noua should play physical against him to try to keep the ball away from Sikma. On offense, Cole should run the show, using his one-on-one and passing skills to make the difference.
- Derrick Walton has been sidelined for several weeks with a hip injury.
- Antoine Diot did not play in the last three games.
ALBA had a brilliant offensive performance against Khimki, making 18 of 35 three-pointers and dishing 31 assists. That allowed ALBA to rank second in assists (20.2 apg.) and three-point shots made (10.0 per game). ALBA, however, needs to cut turnovers to be more competitive. The German powerhouse averages 14.7 turnovers, which is second overall, and it is up to its main ballhandlers, Siva, Jonas Mattisseck and Maodo Lo, to make ALBA’s offense more efficient.
- Jayson Granger is out after having hand surgery.
- Louis Olinde is sidelined with a hand injury.
Tip: 2 (+5.5) at 1.90 with bet365
( Euroleague predictions with correct price at 11/03/2021, 10:25 CET. Odds subject to change )
Crvena Zvezda – Khimki
The two teams at the tail end of the standings meet when Crvena Zvezda mts Belgrade hosts Khimki Moscow Region. Zvezda (7-21) is on an eight-game losing streak which it hopes to end right away. Jordan Loyd (17.0 ppg.), Corey Walden (10.8 ppg.) and Ognjen Dobric (7.9 ppg.) are leading the team. Khimki (3-24) looks for its first road victory since downing Zenit St Petersburg in Round 9. Alexey Shved (19.2 ppg., 8.1 apg.), Jordan Mickey (13.8 ppg., 5.5 rpg.) and Errick McCollum (10.3 ppg.) are Khimki’s main pillars.
Zvezda has been heavily undermanned in recent games, but is expected to bring back some players to its roster in this game. Even so, Loyd should stay as its first option on offense. Zvezda lost three of its last six games by 3 points or less, so being more focused in crunch time should make the team more competitive. On defense, stopping Shved should be a priority and Zvezda can rely on Walden and elite on-the-ball defender Branko Lazic to do so.
- Duop Reath and Quino Colom have missed the last five games.
Khimki should keep running its frontcourt offense through Mickey, who has been on fire lately, averaging 21.8 points on 44-of-70 two-point shots (62.9%) in his last five games. Finding Mickey down low should be critical, as well as running its backcourt offense through Shved and McCollum. Khimki allows 90.8 points on average, at least 7.1 more points than any other team. Being able to contest more shots should make Khimki more competitive right away.
- Devin Booker has missed the last seven games.
- Stefan Jovic has not played in the last six games.
- Janis Timma has not played in the last three games.
Tip: Winning Margin 3-way Any Other (1-5 points) at 3.00 with bet365
( Euroleague predictions with correct price at 11/03/2021, 10:25 CET. Odds subject to change )
Real Madrid – Barcelona
One of the greatest rivalries in sports will have a new chapter written this week. Real Madrid (17-11) arrives to El Clasico after a critical road victory against Zenit St Petersburg in Round 28. Walter Tavares (11.6 ppg., 8.1 rpg., 1.8 bpg.), Gabriel Deck (7.8 ppg.) and Jaycee Carroll (10.0 ppg.) are leading the team right now. FC Barcelona (20-8) can become the first team to qualify for the playoffs with a win on its rivals’ court. Nikola Mirotic (16.7 ppg., 6.2 rpg.), Cory Higgins (12.9 ppg.) and Brandon Davies (12.0 ppg.) have led Barcelona until now.
Real is not scoring as much as in recent seasons (79.8 ppg.), but has also improved its defense. Real allows 76.8 points on average and keeps opponents to just 51.2% shooting on two-pointers. Tavares and Usman Garuba lead the team on defense and both players should have critical roles against Davies and Mirotic, respectively. On offense, Carlos Alocen and Nico Laprovittola will try to prevent Nick Calathes from dominating the game tempo, which may be one of the biggest keys to this exciting game.
- Anthony Randolph is out with a ruptured left Achilles tendon.
- Rudy Fernandez has not played in the last four rounds due to back issues.
- Sergio Llull is sidelined after undergoing arthroscopic surgery on his right knee.
Barcelona has the best defensive numbers in the competition, allowing just 73.2 points per game and holding opponents to 34.3% shooting from downtown. That should be extremely important against a team full of good shooters like Carroll, Alocen and, if available, Thompkins. Barcelona leads the EuroLeague in turnovers at 15.0 per night. Having a more efficient offense should make Barcelona even more dangerous as it has talented, experienced scorers at all positions.
- Pau Gasol will not play.

Euroleague Basketball Predictions
The Euroleague continues with a double-round week and the battle for the playoffs is taking one of its final turns. So, let’s dive straight into our Euroleague picks for today’s games. Here’s a rundown of what’s coming up.
Yes, these are the best Euro League basketball tips you can possible find and appear under each mini game preview.
Maccabi – Fenerbahce
The excellent home record of Maccabi (13-13) will be put to the test when high-flying Fenerbahce (16-9) pays a visit, hoping to maintain its top-four position with a fourth straight victory. The return to fitness of Nemanja Bjelica, who finally played his first game of the season in last week’s rout of Virtus, has boosted the Turkish team. Tyler Dorsey, another new face at Fenerbahce, could make his debut in familiar surroundings after debuting in the competition with two strong seasons at Maccabi between 2019 and 2021.
2 at 1.90
Crvena Zvezda – Anadolu Efes
Efes (13-12) is looking to extend its lead in the table with a third straight road win and inflict more pain on host Zvezda (11-15), which is in a slump after losing six of its last seven games. Facundo Campazzo will make his home EuroLeague debut for Zvezda, and his ability to overcome Elijah Bryant’s strong defensive game will be crucial. In the absence of injured superstar Vasilije Micic, the Efes guard has stepped up big time, averaging 13.3 points and 6.7 rebounds in the last three games.
Under 159.5 at 1.90
Monaco – Panathinaikos
Monaco (16-10) will look to keep the pressure on the current top four by defeating Panathinaikos (8-18), which is looking to snap a five-game losing streak. A key matchup will take place between two potent shooters facing off against their former teams: Mike James, who played for Panathinaikos from 2016 to 2018, leads Monaco with 17.0 points per game, while Dwayne Bacon, who spent last season with Monaco, leads the Greens with 17.7 points.

Euroleague Tips with Previews – Tuesday matches
Euroleague Basketball Predictions
The Euroleague continues with a double-round week and the battle for the playoffs is taking one of its final turns. So, let’s dive straight into our Euroleague picks for today’s games. Here’s a rundown of what’s coming up.
Yes! These are the best Euro League basketball tips you can possible find and appear under each mini game preview.
Alba Berlin – Zalgiris
With a trip to Berlin to play bottom-placed ALBA, struggling Zalgiris (13-13) will seek to improve its poor away form (7-19). The Lithuanian team has dropped out of the top eight after losing four consecutive road games, and it desperately needs to increase its offensive output after failing to reach 80 points in any of the previous eight games. ALBA should be an ideal opponent in that quest: the German team has allowed the most points, 85.3 per game, and was defeated 88-81 in November when the teams played in Kaunas.
Over 161.5 at 1.90
Olympiacos – Barcelona
As Olympiacos (18-8) welcomes Barcelona, a big battle between second and third could easily serve as a prelude to a Final Four meeting (18-8). Olympiacos is looking to bounce back from a heavy defeat at Milan last week, while Barcelona is on a five-game winning streak and has the added incentive of regaining the head-to-head edge after losing 70-80 at home to the Reds earlier this season. The game’s rhythm will be important: Olympiacos has the most assists in the league, 22.0 per game, while Barcelona’s defence permits only 13.4 assists per game.
2 (+3.5) at 1.90
Valencia – Milano
Milan’s (10-15) late surge up the standings will be put to the test with a journey to playoff-chasing Valencia (13-13), which is desperate to avenge a thrashing at Baskonia last week. Milan’s four-game winning stretch – all at home – was highlighted by a strong run of form from Billy Baron, who averaged 13.3 points and 3.5 assists during that time. After permitting at least 91 points in three of the last four games, three of which ended in defeat, it’s no surprise that Valencia will prioritise defence.
Over 158.5 at 1.90
Virtus Bologna – Partizan
Virtus (12-14) will seek to get back on track against a Partizan (14-12) team that is aiming not only for the playoffs but also for a spot in the top four. Partizan’s potent offence, which averages 84.8 points per game, is salivating at the thought of facing Virtus, which allowed 104 points to Fenerbahce last week. Virtus, in particular, allowed the Turkish team to hit 20 three-pointers in that game and now faces Aleksa Avramovic, who hit 5 three-pointers in last week’s victory over ALBA, so better perimeter defence is critical for Virtus.
Partizan Over 82.5 at 1.83
Real Madrid – Baskonia
Real (18-7) will seek for their sixth consecutive win by defeating visiting Baskonia (14-12), who could not be more confident of pulling off an upset after blasting 114 points against Valencia last week. Real Madrid is expected to be without Edy Tavares, who limped off the court in the team’s last EuroLeague game on Friday, so Baskonia may attempt to gain physical supremacy after grabbing an incredible 43 rebounds against Valencia. Guerschon Yabusele, on the other hand, is expected to return for Real at an appropriate time given the probable absence of Tavares.
Under 168.5 at 1.90
Bayern – Villeurbanne
Bayern (10-16) will try to keep its slim playoff hopes alive against an ASVEL (8-18) side with little time to climb the standings. The return to fitness of team leader Vladimir Lucic, who appeared for the first time since Round 10 in last week’s win over Zvezda and instantly delivered a big performance with 20 points on 8-for-10 shooting from the field, has been a tremendous boost for Bayern. ASVEL has only lost by one point to Efes and four points to Real in its last two games, so its confidence should be intact for the journey to Bavaria.
Winning margin 7-way: 1-5 points at 2.90
