Zalgiris – Fenerbahce
Sarunas Jasikevicius, a local legend, will guide his Fenerbahce (13-8) side into battle against a Zalgiris (7-14) squad that is committed to defending its home floor. Six of the previous seven games have been won by the Turkish team; the most recent was a thrilling 80-78 victory over Zalgiris last month. The star player that time was Tyler Dorsey (19 points), who has averaged 17.3 points over the last three games and is in excellent form. Walter Tavares, the injured anchor, will be missed after setting a club record with 19 rebounds in the team’s overtime victory over Valencia last week. Donatas Motiejunas intends to make the most of his long-range shooting skills, which stand at 40% for three-pointers. When the clubs met in Round 9, Real easily won at home, 91-73, thanks to 21 points from shooting sensation Dzanan Musa, who has scored in double figures in six straight games.

Panathinaikos – Partizan
As Partizan (11-10) aims to close the deficit on Panathinaikos (13-8), Zeljko Obradovic will make his latest trip back to Athens following the club’s record-breaking comeback against Maccabi last week. Another player facing his old team is Mathias Lessort, the big man for the Greens and last week’s MVP. Zach LeDay, who is back in the lineup, outscored Lessort by 23 points as Partizan won 92-87 in overtime in Belgrade in November. In addition, Kendrick Nunn, who scored 19 points in that game and 21 in Panathinaikos’ thrilling victory over Monaco last time out, will pose a challenge for the Serbian club to overcome. For Panathinaikos, Balcerowski and Vildoza are out. As for Partizan, they have travelled to Athens without Kevin Punter.

Valencia – Milano
Valencia (10-11) hosts Milan (9-12) as the round comes to a close, with two squads who have been inconsistent trying to move up towards the top 10. Milan is coming off a home loss to Crvena Zvezda, while the Spanish team has suffered three straight close losses, the most recent one occurring last Thursday in overtime against Real Madrid. The Italian squad easily won their November matchup, 83-52, thanks to a very strong team effort. However, Valenica will look for revenge thanks to the scoring prowess of former Milan guard Kevin Pangos, who will be hoping for a a payback as he settles with his new team.
