Zalgiris – Milano

  • The game has been canceled.

Anadolu Efes – Crvena Zvezda

  • Efes has won 8 of the last 10 games against Zvezda in the EuroLeague.

Reigning Turkish Airlines EuroLeague champs Anadolu Efes Istanbul (8-8) will try to claim a winning record for the first time this season when they host Crvena Zvezda mts Belgrade (7-9) and its suffocating defense at Sinan Erdem Dome on Wednesday. Efes is coming off a pair of double-digit wins and will be gunning for a win in the last game in front of its fans in this historic calendar year for the club. Zvezda, on the other hand, has won three of its last four games, a streak that features victories over Zenit St Petersburg, Olympiacos Piraeus and FC Bayern Munich, with a lone loss coming at the hands of the league leader FC Barcelona. Efes has handled Zvezda in each of the last five head-to-head games, but with a defense that allows just 72.7 points, Zvezda is not coming to the Bosporus with a white flag.

ALBA Berlin – Monaco

  • This is the first EuroLeague meeting between these two clubs.

The two teams allowing the most points in the EuroLeague, ALBA Berlin and AS Monaco, will square off for the first time in EuroLeague action on Wednesday in the German capital. The game will also mark the return of Monaco head coach Sasa Obradovic to Berlin where he spent four years as ALBA’s head of bench from 2012 to 2016. He led the team in a pair of EuroLeague seasons, in 2012-13 and 2014-15, and guided the team to three German Cups. He also played for ALBA in the 1990s and helped the team win the Korac Cup in 1995. This will be Obradovic’s third game with Monaco this season; he has a road win in Kaunas and a home loss against Zenit St Petersburg so far. ALBA has lost its last three games, but in its last three home games has two wins and last week’s 90-93 loss against CSKA Moscow and it will be looking to get back to winning ways.

Barcelona – Unics Kazan

  • Barcelona is 7-0 against UNICS.

Two of the hottest teams in the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague meet on Wednesday when FC Barcelona hosts UNICS Kazan and its former player Mario Hezonja. Barcelona sits alone atop the standings with a 14-2 record and has won eight straight games. UNICS (10-6), which is part of a four-way tie for fourth place, has won three straight games and seven of its last eight. The game marks the first appearance at Palau Blaugrana for Mario Hezonja, who joined Barcelona as a 17-year-old and spent three seasons there. Last season in his return to the EuroLeague, Hezonja debuted with a season-high 21 points against Barca for Panathinaikos Athens. While UNICS has won its last four road games, Barcelona is 7-0 at home this season.
