Olympiacos – Fenerbahce

Tuesday’s matchup between Olympiacos and Fenerbahce features two of the EuroLeague’s hottest teams. Olympiacos, which has an 8-4 record and is tied for third in the league, has won three straight at home, most recently thrashing Virtus Bologna 117-71 on Friday. After thrashing ALBA Berlin 75-104 last week for its third straight road victory, Fenerbahce is in first place with a 10-2 record.

These teams have the league’s greatest offences; Fenerbahce leads the field with 87.0 points per game, and Olympiacos is close behind with 86.8. The Reds are second in steals (8.6 spg. ), which results in a number of easy baskets each game, but they lead the league in assists (22.3 apg.) and two-point accuracy (59.8%). Fenerbahce ranks third in both assists (20.3 apg.) and steals, and second in two-point shooting (59.1%) and three-point shooting (40.5%). (7.3 spg.).

Fenerbahce will travel to Pireaus without two of their best players, Wilbekin and Motley, so Olympiacos probably has the edge here.

Crvena Zvezda – Zalgiris

Red-hot When Crvena Zvezda plays Zalgiris Kaunas, it will want to maintain delighting its supporters. Since Coach Dusko Ivanovic stepped over, Zvezda (6-6) has won five straight games while playing outstanding defence. Zalgiris (6-6) will try to pick up another victory in Belgrade after losing its last two home games. The team has won two of its past three away games.

Nemanja Nedovic’s 30 points, including the game-winning three-pointer, helped Zvezda beat Partizan Mozzart Bet Belgrade 73-76 on Thursday, leading to wild celebrations. Nedovic (13.2 ppg) has joined Vildoza (13.0 ppg, 4.2 apg) in directing the Zvezda attack after sitting out the first few games of the season. The team’s top big man has been Bentil (11.5 ppg, 4.8 rpg).

Asvel Villeurbanne – Partizan

ASVEL When Villeurbanne plays Partizan at home, it hopes to build on a shocking road victory from the previous week. Round 12 saw ASVEL (4-8) defeat Barcelona thanks to a game-winning jump shot from Nando De Colo. A five-game losing streak was ended by that victory. Partizan (4-8) is in a four-game losing streak of its own, with the past two games occurring at home. The previous time they played, Coach Zeljko Obradovic’s team fell to Crvena 73-76.

De Colo (12.0 ppg), who led the pace with 19 points against Barcelona, and Jonah Mathews (10.5 ppg), with Youssoupha Fall (10.0 ppg, 8.1 rpg) serving as a formidable presence in the paint, have been ASVEL’s top scorers. Fall is coming off of his third double-double of the season, which included 14 points and 18 rebounds. Against Partizan, their combined knowledge and expertise will be crucial.

basketball prediction Tip: Winning Margin 3-way Any Other Result (1-5 points difference) at 2.60

Bayern – Real Madrid

Following a series of games in which both clubs suffered losses, Bayern Munich (4-8) takes on Real Madrid (8-4) at Audi Dome.

In the case of Bayern, it lost by a score of 25 to Cazoo Baskonia on the road in Round 12. On a night when the club failed to find any offensive rhythm, just two Bayern players—Obsten with 12 and Winston with 10—scored at least 10 points. Bayern’s defence struggled to contain Baskonia’s substitute players. In Round 13, Andrea Trinchieri’s team will face a fresh challenge as they try to slow Real down while also making the visitors pay on the opposite end of the floor.

basketball prediction Tip: Under 158.5 at 1.90

Milano – Maccabi

When EA7 Milan plays home to Maccabi, it will be a matchup of two teams in desperate need of a victory. Milan (3-9) has lost eight games in a row, the latest four by a margin of more than ten, and has dropped to the bottom of the standings. Due to its strong home performance, Maccabi (6-6) is in the middle of the pack, but Coach Oded Kattash’s team has lost all five of its away games this year.

Melli and Davies (10.5 ppg) are crucial for Milan in the frontcourt, and Baron and Mitrou-Long (12.4 ppg) are important in the backcourt. Despite having a strong and well matched team under coach Ettore Messina, the team is bottom in the league in scoring (68.5 ppg) and will need to improve that mark at home to halt its downward trend.

basketball prediction Tip: 1 (-3.0) at 1.90

Valencia – Panathinaikos

When Valencia (5-7) and Panathinaikos square off in La Fonteta, a major confrontation is anticipated (6-6). In its last five games, Valencia has managed one victory while suffering two home losses. Panathinaikos is in the midst of a four-game winning streak and hopes to maintain its strong momentum. Derrick Williams, a forward for Panathinaikos who played for Valencia in the 2020–21 season, is particularly excited about this game.

Chris Jones is back in action and available to play against the Greens, which is fantastic news for Valencia this week. Jones is Valencia’s top performer in terms of points per game (14.4), assists (4.8), steals (1.8), and PIR (17.6). One of the most important factors in this game should be stopping Papagiannis, and Valencia depends on Dubljevic and Rivero to not only contain him but also to cause him difficulty on the opposite end, ejecting him from the paint. Valencia should increase the flow of the ball because it has the fourth-most turnovers overall (14.0 per game).

basketball prediction Tip: Panathinaikos Over 79.5 at 2.10
