Monaco – Fenerbahce

Westermann was absent for a time due to an injury, but he’s finally well and ready to play alongside Mike James. Westermann, a former Fenerbahce player, was a tad rusty when he participated in his debut EuroLeague game on Tuesday. However, the amount of minutes and alternatives he, Lee, Outtara, and Andjusic provide Coach Obradovic is crucial, especially given Fenerbahce is already shorthanded without De Colo and Henry, two of its most key perimeter players. Monaco’s perimeter players must take advantage of the scoring opportunities provided by Fenerbahce, regardless of how well they defend.

Because of the number of injuries suffered by Fenerbahce, it is unclear who players will be available on Friday. For over two months, Guduric has been the team’s leader. In the roster, Akpinar, Hazer, and Mahmutoglu have been given larger parts. They must now all be play more, with Hazer presumably holding the ball the most, but they must all pitch in. Starks, a newcomer, will also be given a significant role. You’ll have to be really active on defence to get Monaco to give up a lot of points. They had the league’s third-most turnovers per game (13.7 per game). In order for Fenerbahce to win in Monaco, they will need a competent point guard.

basketball prediction Tip: Over 155.5 at 1.90 with bet365

Panathinaikos – Crvena Zvezda

In this game, Nedovic, the most important Panathinaikos guard, will face his former team. Nedovic has also contributed a lot of solid play. In the Greens’ previous four games, he has averaged 17.5 points. If Macon and Nedovic can get into a rhythm against Wolters and Hollins, Panathinaikos should have a greater chance of winning. They must stop Kalinic, as well as Sant-Ross and White from doing a good job for the Greens on the ball against him. Panathinaikos gives out 18.8 assists when they win, but only 13.0 when they lose. This game will be thrilling, and it will be critical for both sides to effectively distribute the ball.

Two players will assist Crvena Zvezda in stopping Papagiannis, one of the greatest and most unstoppable centres in the tournament. With 2.1 orpg, Papagiannis is one of the finest offensive rebounders in the Euroleague this season, so it’s critical for Zvezda to keep him off the boards. Zvezda, on average, lets up 73.9 points per game. That figure increased to 87.5 in its final two games versus Monaco and UNICS Kazan. Head coach Radonjic has to get his team’s defence back on track, as well as get Kalinic more engaged on the offensive side of the ball.
